· Drive regional performance deliver on training objectives, grow brand awareness, and meet established KPI's
· Set performance standards and identify methods to achieve, audit, and constantly improve results
· Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings and/or ride-alongs with direct reports
· Participate in developing various processes, call reports, and training materials to support the Sales Reps and Marketing Reps
· Schedule weekly team conference calls to keep the Sales Reps and Marketing Reps on the same page, and ensure they are being effective in achieving all objectives.
· Manage all aspects of the region's Sales Reps hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, disciplining, and motivating

· Holds their team accountable for achieving the goals (Number of visits, sims delivered, activations )
