About the position

The role of the Performance Management Specialist is to ensure our staffing division employees are supported with the best performance resources in the staffing industry. To achieve our vision of the best employee experience and performance results, this person will get to keep a finger on our data pulse, find opportunities to improve our offering, collaborate and lead project teams, and apply their written and creative skills to help create real solutions. Requirements

  • Exceptional with solving problems and has a knack for synthesizing volume complex details into actionable parts for others.
  • Naturally data-driven and analytical to help answer questions and create strategic solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or Business Analysis.
  • Able to self-manage time to meet deadlines as expected.
  • Experienced in conceptualizing, creating, delivering, and measuring people-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in a continually changing business environment.
  • Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices.
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize a wide array of tasks.
  • An avid learner and passionate about acquiring new knowledge and information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve performance program material.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and create performance reporting.
  • Analyze, report, and provide insight on performance improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with the leadership of projects, including facilitating surveys, advisory panels, and status meetings.
  • Improve the quality of existing and new performance plan materials for all staffing positions in our organization.
  • Ensure consistency across roles to maintain simplicity and transparency.
  • Identify key KPIs that will set the stage for ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Educate leaders and staff to understand best how their programs work and benefit them.
