• 5+ years of experience managing parcel and truck transportation across multiple distribution centers and drop shippers
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and BI tools
• Strong Google Sheets, Excel skills and analytical approach to problem solving
• Excited by continuous improvement and is process-oriented
• Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally to share ideas and develop solutions to create the best possible customer experience at the lowest cost
• Extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage daily operations and lead several initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability

• Manage daily flow of orders from 3PLs and drop ship partners to customers globally ensuring on-time ship and delivery
• Root cause shipping and delivery related issues, applying short and long term solutions
• Manage a network of parcel, truckload, and white glove carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Build network of multi-modal carriers to meet our delivery speed and accuracy goals
• Monitor and report on performance and cost KPIs
• Manage carrier capacity, forecasting, budgeting and supplier performance metrics
• Continuously drive cost reductions, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction
• Assess current systems, identify risks and implement process improvements
• Partner with key stakeholders including Fulfillment, Customer Experience, Finance and Partnership teams
