- 2-5 years of Quality Assurance with with Contracts preferably in Real Estate

- Experience with mortgage processing preferred but not required

- Must be have ability and previous experience reviewing contracts, and be open to studying and researching during training period.
- Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality.
- Providing Quality Assurance review of real estate contracts after closing,
- Assisting with post-closing process,
- Providing administrative support to end of sales process,
- Strong communication skills written and verbal,
- Meeting and greeting clients to complete the sales process after sale is made,
- Processing of payments for real estate and fractional ownership deals,
- Creating and responding to email correspondence.
