About the position
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for cold calling non-profit organizations and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be adaptable, and possess a drive to succeed. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling pressure in a team-focused environment. The ultimate goal of the Sales Development Role is to graduate into a full cycle sales role as an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Make 80-120 cold calls a day to non-profit organizations
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Consistently surpass monthly quotas through hard work and implementing feedback
- Become an expert in online fundraising - asking insightful questions, overcoming objections and understanding client’s needs will be critical to success.
