About the position
Access Holdings Management Company LLC is seeking an exceptional candidate to join their Office of the Executive team as an Associate/Senior Associate. The role involves producing high-quality presentation materials for distribution to the executives of the firm, as well as providing data analysis and insights to support decision making. The candidate will also be responsible for managing internal communications from the executive office and ensuring that communication flows are well structured and engaging. The position is based in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Access executive team to identify, evaluate, and design strategic initiatives and programs
- Conduct in-depth market and trend research and synthesize findings into clear and insightful documents
- Facilitate and convene cross-functional teams to gather insights and enhance organizational perspectives
- Develop, execute, and track performance against pragmatic solutions and action plans
- Support key strategic initiatives, including Access' ESG and Impact program
- Conduct research and communicate findings on ESG trends and frameworks
- Strengthen ESG data, analytics, and capabilities that support investment decisions and monitoring
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to produce high-quality presentation materials for executives
- Strong data analysis and insights skills
- Experience in participating in key meetings and tracking action items
- Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and create presentations and proposals
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of strategic initiatives and programs
- Proficiency in conducting market and trend research
- Ability to synthesize findings into clear and insightful documents
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional teams and gathering insights
