About the position
As an Airtable Solution Architect, you will be responsible for scoping and designing transformative solutions for Enterprise clients. Your role will involve partnering with clients and account teams to understand their business processes and pain points, and advising on best practices for integrating Airtable into their workflow. You will also develop solution architecture designs, implementation plans, and project timelines to ensure a seamless handoff to implementation stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process and contribute to shaping key processes and organizational structure as a founding member of the Solutions Architecture Team.
Responsibilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting or implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms
- Well-versed in database design and governance best practices and familiar with the Enterprise SaaS technology landscape
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders of varying seniority and technical backgrounds, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct product demonstrations
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize and influence customer priorities and balance customer needs against business priorities
- Highly collaborative team player who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Previous experience with Airtable is not required, but welcome

- On Target Earnings range from $157,300 to $212,800 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, and LA
