About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Manager of Finance Decision Support. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term growth strategies for our rapidly growing Wavelo business. Your main focus will be on identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive financial performance. As a key advisor to business stakeholders, you will provide objective insights on the strategic fit, structure, and feasibility of potential projects and growth opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a challenge in a hyper-growth environment.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 4 years of related finance operations, FP&A, financial advisory, or management consulting experience
- Experience with multi-location, SaaS or telecommunications exposure preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams, locations, and backgrounds
- Technically savvy with a detailed understanding of financial modelling and SaaS projects

- CPA, CBV, MBA and/or CFA designation is an asset but not required
- Experience with software capitalization / internal use software process improvement is an asset but not required
