Customer Success Associate

The job overview for the Customer Success Associate role is to manage the audit process, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement to meet client's key performance indicators. This role is responsible for reducing overcharges, optimizing invoice management, and providing actionable data critical to the clients' business. The Customer Success Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhance customer experience. There is potential for growth into a Customer Success Manager position for individuals who demonstrate aptitude and interest. This role is based in Chicago and requires in-office presence multiple days per week.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day audit process for clients
• Proactively identify changes we can make to our internal application in order to improve and enable automation to the audit process
• Partner cross functionally with Customer Success, Engineering and Product to provide critical feedback on the audit process and make suggested improvements
• Analyze freight cost data; identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing; work with carriers to address systemic issues
• Support customers through managing their audit process and addressing any concerns or issues they may have

• Experience in managing the audit process for clients
• Ability to identify changes and improvements to internal applications for automation of the audit process
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Engineering, and Product
• Analytical skills to analyze freight cost data and identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing
• Ability to address systemic issues with carriers
• Excellent customer support skills
