About the position
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our expanding Business Development team. In this role, you will collaborate with our Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to strategize, design, and scale our business development operations, with a focus on outbound lead generation. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will leverage in-house tools to execute cold outbound strategies, nurture leads, develop relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with our sales team to present the effectiveness of OfferFit's AI. Responsibilities
- Leverage in-house built tools to build and execute cold outbound strategies for lead generation to senior marketers at enterprise companies.
- Establish and execute a strategy to nurture leads and transition them into active sales conversations.
- Develop relationships with potential clients, from senior marketers to established connections in the OfferFit network.
- Collaborate with the sales team to research, design, and present use cases for potential customers to illustrate the effectiveness of OfferFit's AI.
- Work with the marketing, performance marketing, sales operations, and tech enablement teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, marketing, or sales operations
- Ability to strategize, design, and scale business development operations
- Familiarity with outbound lead generation strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to research, design, and present use cases for potential customers
- Collaboration skills to align strategies with marketing, performance marketing, sales operations, and tech enablement teams
- Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to structure plans and align stakeholders
