What is Teal Pro?
Teal Pro is where your whole career lives in one place. It remembers what you've done, helps you find the jobs actually worth going after, gets you ready for them, and keeps you on top of the people and follow-ups along the way — so you're not holding all of it yourself.
What does Teal Pro keep track of?
Your experience, projects, wins, skills, goals, the jobs you're interested in, the people connected to them, and what you've already decided. You choose what gets saved.
Do I have to connect my Google account?
Not at all. It stays off until you turn it on, and Teal Pro works fine without it. Connecting just saves you from typing in your contacts and schedule by hand.
What does Teal Pro do with my contacts?
It reads them so it can tell you when you already know someone at a company you're interested in, and help you ask for an introduction. Teal Pro doesn't change or delete your contacts, and never emails them for you.
Why does Teal Pro want people I never saved as contacts?
Google keeps a separate list of people you've emailed but never added to your contacts. Most of us have far more of these than saved contacts — old colleagues, people from past interviews, someone who introduced you to someone else. Teal Pro reads them so you don't lose track of people you actually know.
What does Teal Pro do with my calendar?
It looks at who you've met with and when. That's how it knows who you've been in touch with recently, and when to remind you to follow up after an interview. Teal Pro doesn't create, change, or delete anything on your calendar.
How do I disconnect Google?
You can revoke Teal Pro's access at any time through your Google Account. For help disconnecting, contact membersupport@tealhq.com.
How do I control my data?
You can see what Teal has, correct it, and remove it. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail on what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
