• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and schema design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver the necessary data infrastructure.
• Optimize and fine-tune existing data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Implement data validation and monitoring solutions to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data platform and data engineering practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve our data engineering capabilities.

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
