About the position

The Product Manager at Davidoff of Geneva USA is responsible for planning and developing marketing strategies for Zino and Portfolio Brands. This role involves enhancing brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty through strategic initiatives and effective management of brand activation efforts. The position requires a blend of creative, strategic, and analytical skills to drive profitable brand growth while overseeing the Zino Brand Activation Manager and ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong consumer, trade, and channel strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Work with the Business Analysis team to identify opportunities for profitable market share growth.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize brand portfolio and distribution strategy.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
  • Design and execute engaging trade and consumer programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to align with global brand strategies and adapt initiatives to local markets.
  • Plan and oversee events and activations to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials that align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline efforts and align priorities.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives and their impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-6 years of related experience and/or training in product or brand management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Digital Asset Management, and SAP C4.
  • Proven leadership experience and project management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the luxury goods or tobacco industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research.
