About the position
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach at over 100 locations around the Greater Memphis Area.
Responsibilities
- Safely manage 30-45 minute classes of up to 12 children.
- Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill & character development and fun.
- Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
- Maintain equipment and manage your class roster by doing attendance.
- Follow proper on-site protocol for each location, as prepared and provided by the Soccer Shots supervisor.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
Requirements
- No prior sports/coaching experience required.
- Genuine passion for children and sports.
- Be an Energetic, Engaging, and Responsible person.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-10.
- Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
