The Massachusetts Department of Public Health at Tewksbury Hospital is accepting applications for a Registered Nurse III specializing in wound care and performance improvement. In this highly visible role, you will play an essential part in advancing patient outcomes by leading hospital-wide initiatives focused on wound care excellence and fall prevention. Working with a diverse adult patient population with complex and chronic medical needs, you will combine clinical expertise with data-driven decision-making to influence care standards, improve safety, and elevate quality across the organization. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, guide nursing staff through education and best practices, and help shape programs that directly impact patient safety and quality of care. This role offers the opportunity to lead committees, analyze and report on key quality indicators, and contribute to system-wide improvements in a respected public health setting.
