About the position
The World's Fastest Drive-Thru: RoadRunners is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our inaugural location in Houston, TX. This role focuses on delivering high-quality beverages and snacks quickly and efficiently, embodying our commitment to speed and excellence. Employees will have the opportunity to master various positions within the drive-thru environment, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced workplace that values meritocracy and performance.
Responsibilities
- Choose one of four positions: Bar (Making drinks/shakes), Expo (Multi-tasking, communicating, directing operations), Sales (Tablet order taking), or Prep (Hand making bulk ingredients for drinks).
- Develop mastery in your chosen role before moving on to new roles after 3+ weeks.
- Lead shifts and take on additional responsibilities once all positions are mastered.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate problems.
- Dependable and punctual with a competitive spirit.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
