About the position

The Workplace Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Dallas office at Third Bridge. This role involves maintaining high standards of office organization, compliance with health and safety protocols, and providing support to employees and guests. The coordinator will manage supplies, conduct audits, and assist with events, making them a key member of the Workplace Support team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the office is run to the highest standards, neat and tidy, and free of hazards.
  • Complying with and maintaining processes and protocols for smooth office operation.
  • Maintaining stock levels of food, stationery, and supplies; ordering and organizing deliveries.
  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly health and safety audits.
  • Being the go-to person for employee requests and ensuring efficient resolution of tickets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with building management, contractors, vendors, and staff.
  • Meeting and greeting guests to make them feel welcome.
  • Maintaining office security and managing access to security systems.
  • Assisting with the organization of events and socials.
  • Handling meeting room and desk bookings, resolving any clashes.

Requirements

  • Experience with office coordination, health and safety, and facilities management.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute where needed.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and manage complex priorities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to urgent demands.
  • Ability to interact with senior executives and all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Smart, professional appearance and a can-do attitude.
