About the position

The Workplace Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of workplace activities at Worldwide Clinical Trials. This position involves assisting with building upkeep, supply coordination, and supporting local team members in daily operations. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a conducive work environment and addressing any operational needs that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with building upkeep, upgrades, and ordering of supplies or furnishings.
  • Completes setup and resets of operational procedure spaces and/or dorms, including minor maintenance of moving furniture.
  • Assists in the implementation of access and security provisions.
  • Acts as a backup for the Office Support Assistant, providing reception cover and ordering office supplies.
  • Conducts daily workplace walkthroughs to proactively assess, identify, and report maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • A high school diploma or GED qualification is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Good customer service skills with effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with a diverse workforce.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
  • Must be available for on-call emergencies.
