About the position

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This position serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and facilitating various workplace services and events.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all individuals entering the facility with a friendly demeanor and issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols.
  • Answer the telephone professionally to create a memorable first impression and build presentations for various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Handle janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services including mail and office supply services.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional manner.
  • Prioritize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup, and teardown of rooms, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed information within the team and follow specific directions from the manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
