The Working Foreman at Rossi Construction is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing construction projects in the Tampa Bay area. This position requires extensive experience in residential construction and renovation, with a focus on overseeing job sites, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will enjoy working alongside team members and have a strong background in various construction trades.
Responsibilities
- Project Management

Requirements
- 7 years of experience in all phases of residential construction
- Supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
- Experience in drywall installation, finishing, tile installation, cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical, metal framing, and wood framing
- Proficient in blueprint reading, layout, framing, project completion, change order experience, and project scheduling
- Ability to communicate details to employees and others
