The role involves initial setup and management of systems like Kronos and Digi-Pass, ensuring employees are assigned to the correct departments, and coordinating training planning for the area. Continuous learning about best practices for workforce planning and labor distribution is encouraged, along with performing other projects as assigned by leadership.
