About the position

The Workflow Automation SW Portfolio and Partner Manager at HP Inc. is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and governance of product support or solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery while collaborating globally to implement innovative services and solutions. The manager will analyze business performance, influence customer projects, and develop proposals to drive revenue growth, participating in complex cross-functional initiatives and leading projects of moderate to high complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Engages in the planning of product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and seamless service delivery.
  • Represents services within product or solution portfolio core teams and incorporates service requirements into various product development stages.
  • Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business cases, validate solutions, and demonstrate added value of services.
  • Influences customer assessment, planning, and management of network projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develops compelling proposals for new business benefits, features, and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyzes business performance, identifies root causes, and formulates recommendations to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborates across regions and global teams to implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Participates in complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
  • Solves complex problems with creative solutions and manages projects independently.
  • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports and supporting operational and strategic plans.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
