About the position
As a Workday Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the recruiting process through your expertise in the Workday system. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about driving innovation and success in recruitment. You will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within Workday's test environments to ensure that the system meets all functional requirements. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you identify and resolve issues within the Workday Recruiting system, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive job aids that guide recruiters through system steps and procedural tasks, contributing to a more efficient recruiting process. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work as an integral team member in agile pods, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing the overall Workday Recruiting experience. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, making it suitable for candidates located in or around Richmond/McLean, VA. Your contributions will not only improve the recruiting process but also empower the team to revolutionize how recruitment is approached within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Workday test environments to perform thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify and resolve issues within the Workday Recruiting system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive job aids for recruiters.
- Collaborate as an integral team member in agile pods to enhance the Workday Recruiting experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with GSuite tools.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ year of system administration experience.
- 1+ year of Workday Recruiting experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
