About the position

As a Workday Certified HCM Security Consultant at Accenture, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on optimizing cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning, and HR functions. This role is crucial for helping clients transition their data operations to cloud environments, leveraging Workday's enterprise data-reporting software. You will lead and support security workstreams on Workday implementation projects, ensuring that security configurations meet client requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Security workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of work plans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Security issues.
• Work with clients to support new requirements for Security in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Security processes in Workday.
• Support Security activities like posting, bank transfer, and paychecks in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on and off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommending approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Security solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and mitigate cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.

Requirements

• Workday certification in HCM Security.
• Experience in leading or supporting Workday implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security configurations and processes.
• Ability to manage client relationships and project resources effectively.
• Experience in creating work plans for complex global engagements.
