About the position
The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant at Deloitte plays a crucial role in supporting the deployment and integration of Workday HCM solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients to enhance their human capital management processes through effective integration strategies and tools. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday functionalities, contributing to the overall performance and adaptability of client organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM, including Integrations, Core Connectors, Studio, and more.
- Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design.
- Document integration requirements and workflows.
- Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
- Communicate Workday capabilities and limitations effectively.
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations within the Workday application.
- Collaborate with on and offshore resources and client subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner or Clients using Workday as HCM system
- Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's
- Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average.
Nice-to-haves
- Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
