About the position

The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant at Deloitte plays a crucial role in supporting the deployment and integration of Workday HCM solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients to enhance their human capital management processes through effective integration strategies and solutions. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday functionalities, contributing to the overall performance and adaptability of client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM.
• Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
• Serve as a resource for other Workday post-production engagements.
• Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design.
• Document integration requirements and workflows.
• Support and implement integration security and encryption requirements.
• Effectively communicate Workday capabilities and limitations.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of integrations within the Workday application.
• Engage with client subject matter experts consistently and ongoing.
• Collaborate with on and offshore resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner or Clients using Workday as HCM system
• Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations or optimization engagements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIB's
• Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average.

Nice-to-haves

• Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
