About the position
The Workday AMS Integrations Consultant at Deloitte is responsible for supporting the deployment and integration of Workday HCM modules. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance their Workday experience, ensuring effective integration performance, and providing expertise in various Workday functionalities. The consultant will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support clients in navigating their Workday implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM.
- Assist in building consensus around integration processes and design.
- Document integration requirements and workflows.
- Support integration performance and configuration of monitoring tools.
- Communicate Workday capabilities and limitations effectively.
- Develop, test, and deploy integrations within the Workday application.
- Collaborate with client subject matter experts and other resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Workday HCM configuration/integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Workday Partner
- Minimum of 2 years' experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Integrations implementations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integrations using Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs
- Ability to travel 10 - 50% on average.
Nice-to-haves
- Active Workday Integrations Certification(s)
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
