About the position
Join a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & Authenticity! Our residential treatment program for pregnant women and mothers with dependent children, located in Garner, NC, is seeking part-time Residential Staff to cover evening shifts. Put your passion for helping others toward becoming an advocate, a mentor, and a rock for mothers healing through their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident compliance with program rules and requirements
- Coordinate activities with other staff & ensure scheduled activities occur
- Complete documentation (shift logs, incident reports)
- Provide child care when necessary
- Provide resident transportation in company vehicle, as needed
Requirements
- Ability to be a driver of a 8 and/or 16 passenger van; CDL not required, but a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of substance use and addiction preferred
