Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
  • Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
  • Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
  • Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
  • Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones to earn bonuses.
  • Excel in selling AT&T's products and services, including entertainment options.
  • Work with wireless leaders to serve and succeed in the local community.

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
  • Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong social media presence preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to location and off-site trainings.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment.
