About the position

The Sales Manager (Multi-Unit) at Premium Retail Services is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations. This role focuses on achieving sales and business targets while providing training and support to the sales team. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and is designed for individuals who are driven to learn and succeed in the wireless sales category.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
  • Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPI's.
  • Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top-performance in your market.
  • Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Fosters professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
  • Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
