About The Position

This role is for a Window Installer who is a leader with the ability to listen and advance. The position involves effectively communicating field issues and areas of improvement, being punctual, and supporting team members. The job requires following company safety guidelines and learning the AIM method through on-the-job training. The installer will use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns, and must be comfortable climbing ladders and following OSHA fall protection procedures. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lift 50 pounds several times per day and work effectively in a team environment. Requirements

  • Clean driving records to drive company vehicles
  • High School Diploma, GED or prior knowledge of general construction and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required
  • Outlook software applications (emails)
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Good public relations, public speaking and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, understand and explain documents such as product specifications or warranty manuals and customer orders
  • Ability to effectively present information to others, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to questions from customers, coworkers, and managers
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to present an appropriate attitude for the situation when interacting with customers or coworkers
  • Must be a team player
  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth
