As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for completing post-construction window cleaning projects using traditional tools and methods. This role is vital for ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality cleaning services, and you will report directly to the Facilities Manager. Your experience with boom lifts and commercial window cleaning techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows in a commercial setting, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Utilize boom lifts safely to access windows and hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns during service.
Requirements
- Must have own tools.
- Must have 1-2 years experience with boom lifts and post construction window cleaning.
- Clean driving record.
- No felonies.
