Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial buildings, ensuring windows/tracks/frames/sills are left with a streak-free finish.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve optimal results.
• Learn and apply the fan technique for window cleaning.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently when required for hard-to-reach windows.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in potentially hazardous environments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Assist with custodial tasks as needed, including maintaining the cleanliness of surrounding areas.

Requirements

• No prior experience needed, entry-level position.
• Valid driver's license with no tickets or accidents within the last 3 years.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and comfortable working at heights.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with operating scissor lifts/boom is a plus.
