About the position

The PTC Windchill PLM Solution Architect role at Deloitte involves leading and supporting complex projects in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within a fast-paced team environment. The position focuses on advising clients on PLM solutions, implementing PTC Windchill modules, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role is pivotal in transforming clients' value chains and enhancing operational capabilities through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Lead workstreams and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise and resolving client challenges
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop knowledge and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
• Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions
• Support design and architect solutions that meet business requirements
• Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization
• Create functional specifications
• Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations
• Technical development experience in an enterprise solution
• Develop data migration strategy
• Project Management experience.
