Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate closings in compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain communication with borrowers and the firm by confirming appointments in advance of closing.
- Print closing packages as needed.
- Travel to closing locations.
- Scan closing packages to be returned to lenders.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing in West Virginia.
- Notary License.
- Knowledge of West Virginia real estate practice and documents.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
