Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years Shift Supervisor or one year Assistant Manager experience in the restaurant industry (preferred in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
