The Wellness Nurse at Fairmont on Clayton is responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and well-being of residents.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved college/school of nursing.
• Current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Good assessment skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to teach and guide team members in providing quality clinical care.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
