About the position
HDT Global - Spokane (Berg brand) is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for 1 Welder opening! This position is 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday, OT may be required.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in assigned welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, torch or plasma arc
- Interprets mechanical drawings, as directed by supervision, includes a working knowledge and understanding of weld symbols
- Possesses a working knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5YR+ Welder experience, previous experience with angle grinders required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math
