About the position

As a Brand Advocate for BDS Connected Solutions, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and selling Qualcomm-powered computing devices at retail locations. This part-time position requires you to engage with consumers, educate retail sales associates, and drive sales through proactive demonstrations and relationship-building. You will work primarily on weekends, with potential additional shifts available during the week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives.
• Convert product benefits to sales by fully understanding the features and benefits of Qualcomm products.
• Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations.
• Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel.
• Engage and educate retail sales associates to create excitement and increase recommendation rates.
• Perform day-to-day operations, including merchandising and maintaining interactive displays.
• Gather, summarize, and report daily on field and channel feedback and activities.
• Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events periodically.
• Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment.
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles at retail.
