About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregiver to provide supportive care and companionship for a client in Lithia, Florida (33547). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, values meaningful one-on-one care, and is committed to making a positive difference in a client's daily life. The client is largely independent and manages personal hygiene, toileting, and eating without assistance. The primary role of the caregiver is to provide supervision, ensure safety, offer companionship, support daily routines, and help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Caring, patient, and attentive demeanor
- Ability to consistently work overnight weekend shifts
- Must successfully pass a background screening

- Previous caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitoring and supervising the client to ensure safety throughout the home
- Assisting the client in selecting clean clothing and appropriate daily attire
- Providing reminders and encouragement to participate in daily activities and routines
- Offering companionship, social interaction, and supportive supervision
- Assisting with transportation as needed using your personal vehicle
