About The Position
Webber is a leading construction company that specializes in heavy civil, waterworks, energy and infrastructure management. The objective of this position is to work from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding concrete structures. The role involves constructing forms for the placement of concrete and structures, checking forms while concrete is being placed, assisting and directing others in stripping forms after concrete is placed, and installing miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures. Additional duties include installing pre-cast concrete elements, preparing for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers, installing permanent metal deck forms, and working with hand tools and power tools.
