Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with CMS required (preferably AEM)
  • 3+ years of website content experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required or equivalent experience (1 year of experience for 1 year of education)

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in higher education
  • Working knowledge of HTML or markdown

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a cross functional environment for page creation or landing pages that are in line with team and organization goals
  • Update data/stats/numbers across site
  • Migration of CMS platforms and page transition
  • Attending meetings essential to the respective vertical and function
  • Typo/wording/minor error fixes or accuracy updates
  • Creating/updating scholarship pages
  • Creating/updating partners pages
  • Posting state news releases
  • Posting state, college, and general blogs
  • Monitoring, identifying and fixing broken links (through Monsido)
  • Publishing all other pages for WGU
  • Support stakeholders in author responsibilities for their respective pages and sections
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
