About the position

Corebridge Financial Services has been helping Americans plan for and enjoy a secure retirement for more than half a century. We are an industry-leading provider of financial planning tools for community members who work in healthcare, higher education, K-12, government, and other not-for-profit institutions. We are searching for a Financial Advisor to provide a personalized retirement and financial planning experience for our customers and their families. This position involves working with post-retirement clients who need specialized advisory services and have larger portfolios. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and build your career on your terms.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with existing and prospective clients to plan their financial future.
  • Utilize company-provided technology and tools to improve operations.
  • Use marketing support in the form of mailings, email blasts, and customized flyers to expand business and reach new customers.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and the District Vice President to learn new skills, methods, and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Financial Advisor
  • Proven and successful sales track record
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license
  • Series 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
  • Active state variable life and health license

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is highly preferred
