About the position

The Water/Wastewater Project Manager at Ardurra Group, Inc. will oversee various water and wastewater projects, including treatment plants. This role involves managing project budgets and schedules, serving as the Engineer of Record, and ensuring effective communication with clients and project teams. The Project Manager will also provide technical guidance, prepare engineering specifications, and assist in project proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget and schedule for multiple engineering projects.
• Serve as the Engineer of Record and technical lead for projects.
• Communicate with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and other professionals as required for project completion.
• Develop project scopes of work, budgets, and schedules based on client feedback.
• Assist other Project Managers in allocating junior engineering and production staff on active projects.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the project team.
• Prepare and review technical engineering specifications and cost estimates.
• Provide feedback to junior engineering staff on design techniques and procedures.
• Direct field personnel on construction requirements and provide field observations as necessary.
• Assist with project pursuits and proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 10 years of related experience in water/wastewater.
• State of Texas PE license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical writing skills for engineering reports and studies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently within a predetermined project budget and schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to function within a project team.
