About the position
The Water Mitigation Technician at Rytech of Hamilton County is responsible for managing daily service assignments related to water damage mitigation. This role involves communication with customers and management to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. The technician will also be involved in maintaining equipment and company vehicles, and will be required to be on-call during emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Be available by phone and email during scheduled on-duty hours
- Communicate daily with the Operations manager/Assistant OPS Manager
- Maintain a company-issued vehicle according to the Fleet Vehicle Handbook and SDS sheet
- Keep daily updates of all files in the MICA app
- Be available 24/7 when working on-call rotation
- Communicate daily with customers and insurance personnel
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Mid-level IICRC Certification
- 1 year of construction experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Restoration (Mitigation, Remediation, Construction) experience is a plus
- Experience working with insurance claims is a plus
- Knowledgeable of iPad features
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/contents
