As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled Water Service Technician to join our growing St. Louis team. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of residential plumbing or water treatment experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent ( technical training or certifications are a plus)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands- on skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to lift/ move heavy equipment and work in various environments ( outdoors, tight spaces, etc.)
  • Self- starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Install & Maintain Systems: Service, repair, and maintain residential water treatment and plumbing systems, including pumps, valves, and water filtration equipment.
  • Perform Water Testing: Conduct water quality analysis and implement system adjustments or upgrades as needed.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Address urgent water issues, including leaks and system malfunctions, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate with homeowners about their systems, educate them on usage and upgrades, and provide tailored service recommendations.
  • Stay Organized: Keep accurate service records, inspections, and water quality logs for compliance and reporting.
  • Follow Codes & Safety Standards: Ensure all work meets state and federal regulations, as well as safety and environmental guidelines.
