Responsibilities
- Observe variations in operating conditions and computer data.
- Interpret meter and gauge readings and test results to determine processing requirements.
- Assist in performing routine troubleshooting on process equipment.
- Inspect and monitor cameras, video, plant grounds, and perimeter for security purposes.
- Perform routine facility maintenance tasks.
- Observe start-up, operation, processes, and shut-down of reverse osmosis water plants.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
- Application must be submitted for Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification "C" license test within one (1) year of being hired.
- Water Treatment Plant Operator Certification "C" license must be obtained within two (2) years of being hired.
