About the position
The Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for maximizing profitability for warranty repair by driving business decisions through the development of warranty analytics. This role involves interpreting warranty and accounts receivable data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Interpret Warranty/AR data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Collect data analytics and develop strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Identify key warranty metrics and analyze trend performance.
- Identify areas below expectations and set goals/timelines for improvement.
- Communicate warranty and process improvement opportunities to management.
- Work with management to prioritize business and WCC table needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst.
- Practical experience in statistical analysis using statistical packages, including Excel, SSMS, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SPSS or SAS for statistical analysis.
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
