About The Position

This role involves working in a warehouse or storage environment, including handling materials and equipment as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or HS Equivalency
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within a warehouse facility
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work knowledge and understanding of packing lists, inventory count sheets and reviewing reports
• Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks in line with established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries, and complete all required documentation (e.g., pick tickets, pick slips, count sheets)
• Operate job-related equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, computers, and RF scanners
• Assist with inventory verification and support overall inventory management
• Lift, push, or move items up to 50 lbs. using appropriate tools and resources
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and orderly
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Perform additional duties as needed
