About the position

The Warehouse Supervisor at On the Right Track Systems, Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities. This full-time role requires a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience who can manage inventory accurately and ensure timely shipping of orders. The position reports directly to senior management and involves managing warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily receiving, handling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities of the warehouse.
• Manage all inventory in the warehouse accurately.
• Conduct frequent physical counts of inventory to match with the system.
• Coordinate and unload all incoming container shipments.
• Manage the receiving, sorting, and recording of all incoming goods.
• Handle time pressure of packing and shipping on time.
• Ensure all orders are shipped out that day via UPS/FedEx/Truck.
• Maintain physical condition and layout of the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse staff for productivity, safety, and morale.
• Purchase shipping materials when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of any shipping issues/discrepancies.
• Keep track of backorders and communicate promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other company colleagues.
• Maintain relationships with local truck, FedEx, and UPS drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably managing hourly employees.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic technology.
• Ability to lift/move products of varying weights and sizes.
• Self-starter and proactive.
• Team player.
• Highly organized.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish speaking is a plus.
